Main Responsibilities
  1. Facilities Planning and Installation:
  • Lead the design and planning of depot facilities to ensure efficient train maintenance and operation.
  • Define technical requirements for depot equipment, including lifting systems, turntables, wheel lathes, inspection pits, and automated cleaning systems.
  • Oversee the installation and commissioning of depot equipment, ensuring alignment with operational needs and project timelines.
Maintenance Strategy Development:
  • Create and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans for depot equipment.
  • Monitor equipment performance, diagnose issues, and lead troubleshooting and repair efforts.
  • Identify and implement improvements to enhance depot operations and equipment reliability.
Testing and Validation:
  • Organize and oversee factory acceptance tests (FAT), site acceptance tests (SAT), and commissioning activities for depot systems and equipment.
