The Conflicts and Compliance Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring the firm's compliance with conflict checking rules and procedures. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their skills and experience in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the implementation of Intapp One Place for Risk (Conflicts)
- Review and analyse conflict search results and approve clearance
- Prepare communications to lawyers, clearly identifying all potential issues found in conflict reports
- Manage updates to blackbook entries, group companies, outside business interests, and secondment arrangements in the conflict checking system
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' prior conflicts and/or new business department experience in a law firm
- Strong work ethic and sense of ownership and responsibility
- Enthusiastic self-starter with highly effective communication skills and a strong client service ethic
