Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily tasks and activities to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Delegate responsibilities and projects to team members and contractors
  • Recruit, hire, train, and mentor employees and contractors
  • Provide adequate resources and staffing to meet project schedules, laws, regulations, best practices, and safety needs
  • Emphasize the safe use of tools, machinery, and equipment, and provide training on safety gear, helmets, and procedures

Requirements:
