Security Architect for Critical Infrastructure

We are looking for a highly skilled OT Cybersecurity Expert to join our team at SENSYS Inc. As an OT Cybersecurity Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cybersecurity measures to protect critical infrastructure and industrial control systems from cyber threats and attacks.
About the Position- You will conduct in-depth risk assessments and vulnerability assessments of OT systems and networks.
- You will design and deploy security controls and technologies to safeguard OT assets, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, antivirus software, and encryption tools.
- You will collaborate with IT and OT teams to integrate cybersecurity measures into the design and implementation of new systems and technologies.
- You will conduct regular security assessments and audits of OT systems to ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.
- You will stay up-to-date on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and technologies in OT cybersecurity and recommend proactive measures to mitigate risks.
- You will participate in incident response activities, including investigation, containment, and recovery efforts, as needed.
- A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is required.
- Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), MCSA, CCNA, or other relevant cybersecurity certifications are preferred.
- Proven experience in cybersecurity roles, with specific expertise in OT/ICS security is essential.
- In-depth knowledge of industrial control systems, SCADA systems, DCS systems, IPS systems, PLC, and other OT technologies and communication protocols is required.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as the ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and IEC/ISA 62443 is necessary.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex systems and identify security risks is crucial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams is vital.
- Experience with security assessment tools and techniques, such as penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, and risk assessment methodologies is desirable.
- The ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is essential.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience is required.
