Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled Aquatic Facility Safety Coordinator to join our team in the Security Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day safety and operation of our swimming pools.

The ideal candidate will have a valid certificate as a Lifeguard and be certified in CPR procedure. Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role is required, with experience in the Hospitality industry being an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety and well-being of guests using the swimming pools.
  • Assist in the fitness, activities & general attendant duties in Health Club areas.
  • Always promote safety and cleanliness.
  • Remain aware of potential dangers and hazards.
  • Always represent the hotel in a favorable light.

Requirements:

  • Holding a valid certificate as a Lifeguard and certified in CPR procedure.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in the Hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
  • A warm and friendly character with attention to detail.
  • Good swimmer.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Lives and breathes the Shangri-La values.
