About the Role

The HR Data and Operations Analyst plays a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy of HR data, managing HR operations, tracking budgets, generating insightful reports, and supporting data-driven decision-making within the Human Resources department at Talent Pal.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS, regularly auditing to correct discrepancies.
  2. Develop and advise on Total Reward (TR) cases.
  3. Ensure organizational charts are accurate in systems and HR records.
  4. Oversee daily HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee inquiries.
  5. Collaborate on HR budgets, monitor expenditures, and manage BPC data.
  6. Generate and analyze HR reports and metrics using data visualization for decision-making.
  7. Ensure compliance with labor laws and assist in audits and compliance reviews.
Requirements

Minimum Experience:

5 years of experience in an administrative function of a large-sized company with some exposure to HR and basic level supervisory skills essential to perform the job effectively.

Job-Specific Skills:

Human Capital principles, strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, mentoring/coaching, employee relations.

Educated up to degree or diploma level, whilst additional qualification via a diploma/certificate course in Office Administration or HR would be an advantage.
