The successful candidate will:

  1. Develop and Implement H&S Plans: Identify risks, create and maintain H&S checklists, and conduct regular audits.
  2. Provide Guidance and Training: Deliver H&S training sessions and workshops to promote safe work practices among staff.
  3. Manage Incidents and Accidents: Report and investigate incidents, prepare incident reports, and update records.
  4. Maintain Safety Equipment and Tools: Inspect, maintain, and keep records of safety equipment, arrange for periodic checks and repairs, and replenish First Aid kits.

Requirements

  • Degree in Safety Management or related field
  • NEBOSH or IOSH certification
  • At least 2 years of experience in H&S management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
