We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive Human Resources to lead the human resources operations of all restaurant branches, ensuring alignment with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR practices and employee management.

The successful individual will be responsible for consulting with line management, providing daily HR guidance, analyzing trends and people metrics to support informed decision-making, resolving complex employee relations issues, and addressing grievances. Additionally, they will work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention, provide HR policy guidance, monitor and report on workforce and succession planning, identify training needs for teams and individuals, evaluate training programs, and suggest new HR strategies.

Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
  • Analytical and goal-oriented
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
  • Thorough knowledge of UAE labor legislation
  • Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
  • Tech-savvy, agile, with a modern outlook and acceptance of change
  • Valid driving license
