About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Landscape Architect to join our team in the UAE. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality landscape design solutions from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Perform all phases of the design process, including concept, schematic, and detailed design documentation, writing specifications, reports, 3D modeling, submittals, and permitting.
  • Technical Leadership: Deliver entire technical landscape packages independently with review from senior team members.
  • Project Coordination: Organize project materials and information according to the design process.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with all fields and sub-consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Problem-Solving: Utilize effective questioning and problem-solving skills to overcome design challenges.
  • Project Management: Manage, coordinate, and lead landscape design projects independently with minimal oversight.
  • Design Workshops: Participate in technical design workshops and design charrettes to ensure project alignment with company goals.
  • Reporting: Lead the production of project design reports and detailing.
  • Concept to Completion: Provide landscape design solutions from concept to detailed design.
  • Software Proficiency: Must have experience working with Revit and other industry-standard software.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Understand all applicable UAE authorities' requirements and coordinate with various field inputs to ensure project compliance.
  • Design Engineering: Coordinate with design engineers to resolve related issues.
About You
  • Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in the area of expertise.
  • Professional Membership: Registered professional membership is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in the UAE and the Gulf region.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, Sketch-up, In-Design, Illustrator, Excel, and other MS Office programs.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to be organized, proactive, and prioritize multiple tasks both independently and with the team.
  • Industry Knowledge: Aware of the UAE public realm guidelines and international standard methodologies of landscape architecture.
