Support Services Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated Support Services Specialist to join our team at MVP Tech General Trading LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support in various aspects of our business, including maintenance scheduling and coordination.
As a Support Services Specialist, you will work closely with our teams to ensure that all maintenance activities are executed efficiently and effectively. This will involve preparing quotations and proposals, arranging site visits, and monitoring progress of work orders assigned to team members.
Key skills and qualifications for this role include 3-4 years' experience in operations or after-sales support, preferably in IT security services, and strong communication and organizational skills. If you are a team player with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
In this role, you will also be responsible for coordinating with suppliers and freight forwarders while placing orders for maintenance activities, as well as preparing monthly reports and updating Netsuite daily based on logs open and closed.
