We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at myGwork. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement by analyzing business requirements and developing solutions to meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to Cards and Payments Issuing processes and digital applications.
  • Feasibility Assessment: Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and perform feasibility assessments with coordination from Solution Architects.
  • Business Requirements Documentation: Develop detailed business requirements documents, use cases, and functional specifications to support the development and implementation of new features and enhancements.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Business, Operations, Compliance, and Development and Testing teams to ensure successful delivery of projects on time.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Participate in the testing and quality assurance process to validate the functionality and usability of new features and enhancements.
  • Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Cards and Payments Issuing processes and digital applications, including troubleshooting issues and implementing bug fixes.
