About the Role
- Work harmoniously with colleagues across departments to deliver outstanding service and maintain a seamless operation.
- Immerse yourself in and adhere to all hotel policies and standard operating procedures related to guest service, operational procedures, and personal discipline and grooming.
- Notify your supervisor before leaving your station or the floor for any reason.
- Have a profound understanding of the services and facilities provided by the hotel to respond confidently to guest inquiries.
- Comply with all safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Meet reasonable work-related requests from managers or supervisors to achieve complete guest satisfaction and service excellence throughout the hotel.
- Strive to maintain high standards in keeping your workstation spotless at all times.
- Gather extensive knowledge of menus.
- Mastery the correct use and procedures of Point-of-Sale equipment.
- Ensure discretion when entering guest rooms to preserve the privacy of our guests.
- Actively engage in training sessions to refine professional skills and heighten guest satisfaction.
- Clear corridors of trays upon return from Room Service deliveries.
- Clean and dismantle trays in the dish area attentively monitoring for condiments.
Essential Qualifications
A High School diploma is compulsory. Past experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant operations would be beneficial. Genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service and excellent teamwork is critical. English proficiency is indispensable.
