Job Responsibilities

  1. We are seeking a talented Backend Developer who will design and build user-facing products, owning the entire process from gathering functional requirements through testing and staging to deploying in a Python-based stack.
  2. The ideal candidate will guide the team in making technical trade-offs, proactively identify bottlenecks, areas for improvement, and put forth a plan to course-correct.
  3. This role involves designing and implementing maintainable backend services, including data processing pipelines, APIs, and internal tools, adding new features, and improving the functionality of existing systems.
  4. The successful candidate will coordinate with internal teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions.

Requirements

  1. A Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is required.
  2. A minimum of 3 years of experience with software development, preferably in Python, is essential.
  3. Experience working with FastAPI is an advantage.
  4. The ideal candidate should have experience contributing to the architecture and design (Django, Python) of the new and current system.
  5. B2B SaaS products or similar industries experience is a plus.
