Job Title: Data Analyst

At Precision Hire Solution, we are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in creating unique reports from data available in multiple locations and providing vital insights into the root cause of quality defects and inventory adjustments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Collection and Management: Develop data collection processes and data management systems to ensure accurate and timely data.
  • Query Design and Reporting: Design and compile queries to generate reports in SQL, and chart and graph data for reporting purposes.
  • Dashboard Development: Develop dashboards using Tableau and Quicksight to support business decision-making and dive deep activities.
  • Automation and Analysis: Develop automation solutions for analysis using Python scripts, and prepare and publish reports for business reviews.
  • Data Mining and Problem-Solving: Conduct in-depth research of defect trends, collect and enter data as needed, and present analysis in easily digestible standard reports.
  • Support and Collaboration: Support the leadership team in interpreting data trends, and collaborate with the ICQA and Learning Teams on projects.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL, QuickSight, Python, and scripting languages like Python/Julia.
  • Business Acumen: Strong analytical math and statistics skills, with a solid understanding of business objectives.
  • Communication: Excellent written and spoken English skills, with the ability to clearly communicate with managers and associates at all levels.
