The Operations Team is the backbone of our organization, responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of various aspects of our business.
As a key member of our team, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of internal processes across various departments to ensure smooth operations and scalability.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Support) to ensure operational needs align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and standardize workflows to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage integrations with external vendors such as email and SMS service providers, CRM systems, and other third-party solutions used in the operations and customer experience process.
- Oversee and ensure seamless integration of vendor systems and services with our payment processing systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 5 years of experience in operations management, ideally within fintech, payments, or a related technology-driven industry.
