  • Maintain consistency in quality and presentation across all dishes.
Nutritional Focus
  • Stay informed about current trends in wellness cuisine, including superfoods, alternative ingredients, and clean eating practices.
  • Adapt recipes to accommodate special dietary needs, such as vegan and gluten-free diets.
Kitchen Organisation and Hygiene
  • Ensure your section complies with all food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and sustainable kitchen environment, minimising food waste.
  • Contribute to daily cleaning schedules and uphold health and safety protocols.
Learning and Development
  • Enhance your knowledge of wellness-focused cooking techniques and ingredients.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Culinary certification or equivalent experience in a health-conscious environment.
  • Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Demi Chef de Partie, ideally in wellness or sustainable dining.
