Your Key Duties

As a Cocktail Connoisseur at Anantara Hotels & Resorts, your key duties and responsibilities will include:

Developing original and exciting beverages using the best of local ingredients and traditions.

Serving guests in accordance with our standards and quality, making sure the bar is professionally set up at all times, and processing drink orders quickly and efficiently.

  • Providing expert advice on cocktail selection and pairings.
  • Ensuring that all orders are prepared to specification, including correct garnishes, glassware, and alcohol selection.
  • Managing the flow of drinks efficiently while keeping an eye on stock levels and reordering supplies when necessary.
Requirements
  • High School diploma
  • Previous experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant operations
