Key Responsibilities:- Assist Nurses with Patient Care: Provide non-medical support to nurses with patient-related tasks, such as hygiene, elimination, mobility, physical comfort, eating, and drinking needs.
- Respond to Patient Requests: Quickly respond to patient or family requests for assistance, prioritizing patient safety and satisfaction.
- Maintain Patient Safety: Attend call bells, report to nurses, and conduct regular patient rounding to check on patient comfort and needs.
- Perform Non-Clinical Tasks: Receive and perform non-clinical responsibilities each shift from the nurse, including cleaning trolleys and replacing consumables.
- TWO YEARS OF COLLEGE OR EQUIVALENT: A degree or equivalent experience is required.
- AVERAGE COMMAND OF ENGLISH: Average oral and written English skills are essential; spoken Arabic is advantageous.
- Demonstrated Motivation: Demonstrate motivation to work in a healthcare environment and amenable to working shifting hours.
