This position demands demonstrated people management/development skills as it involves managing a manager of managers.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Bachelor's degree required
  2. 7+ years of team management experience
  3. 7+ years of program or project management experience
  4. Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
  5. Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
  6. Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbally and writing)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  1. MBA preferred
  2. Portuguese (Fluent/Advanced)
