We are looking for an experienced Leasing Manager to lead our leasing operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing leasing strategies to achieve departmental goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve departmental goals.
  • Negotiate lease agreements with potential tenants, ensuring alignment with company objectives and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage leasing targets to optimize rental income and minimize vacancies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to advertise available spaces.
  • Analyze rental trends and competitive properties through market research.
  • Prepare and manage budgets related to leasing operations.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH TENANTS TO ENSURE HIGH RETENTION AND SATISFACTION LEVELS.
  • Coordinate lease renewals, terminations, and amendments.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.

Minimum Experience

  • 10+ years' experience in retail and F&B leasing.
