Job Responsibilities- The successful candidate will prepare estimates for joinery and turn-key fit-out proposals, considering design requirements and end-user specifications.
- Key duties include reviewing contract agreements, identifying technical risks, and preparing amendments based on company terms and conditions.
- Tendering involves reviewing project documents, identifying qualified suppliers, and obtaining quotes for pricing. Detailed BOM, BOQ, and rate analysis must be prepared accordingly.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in joinery estimation, interior fit-out, and quantity surveying.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design is preferred.
- Significant knowledge of joinery, decoration, and interior fit-out estimation is essential.
- Familiarity with POMI - Principles of Measurement (International) and MEP estimation is advantageous.
- Strong market knowledge of materials, suppliers, and subcontractors is required.
- Excellent analytical, business acumen, and commercial skills are necessary.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities are essential.
- Proven experience in the same position is highly desirable.
