This position emphasizes the importance of sports medicine in enhancing athlete performance and recovery. As a Healthcare Professional, you will provide expert medical care, focusing on injury prevention, diagnosis, and rehabilitation for individuals engaged in sports.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostics for sports injuries and related conditions.
  • Create and implement personalized rehabilitation programs tailored to athletes' specific needs.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of health professionals to optimize athlete care.
  • Educate athletes and their families on effective injury prevention and health maintenance strategies.
  • Perform procedures such as injections and therapeutic interventions as required.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest research and developments in the field of sports medicine.
  • Engage in community outreach and health education initiatives related to sports health.
  • Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress accurately.
Required Qualifications
  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
  • Completion of a residency program in Sports Medicine, Orthopedic Surgery, or Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
  • Board certification in Sports Medicine is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in a sports medicine setting.
  • Strong knowledge of injury management and rehabilitation protocols.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with patients and teammates.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in sports medicine.
