Job Overview
A senior instrumentation designer is required for EPC projects to prepare instrumentation engineering drawings and design documents while ensuring compliance with client requirements, industry standards, and project scope.

Main Responsibilities
- Design and drafting: Develop instrumentation drawings, material take-offs, and schedules using CAD systems. Prepare and deliver key design outputs including input/output lists, equipment lists layout, control room arrangement, field instrumentation location layouts, preliminary cable tray routing, typical installation details, material take-offs, 3D modeling of instrumentation, tapping points, junction boxes, local panels, loop diagrams, termination diagrams, detailed cable/tray routing, cable schedules, as-built documentation, hook-up drawings.
- Site visits & data collection: Conduct site visits for data collection and address site-related queries in coordination with the lead engineer.
- Proposal support: Contribute to proposal preparation by providing preliminary input/output lists, man-hour estimations for design activities, preliminary equipment list layouts.
- Software & standards compliance: Utilize software tools such as SPI, AVEVA, SP3D, and E3D. Ensure adherence to industry codes, project requirements, and CAD software standards.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma holder with 10 to 15 years of design experience in FEED & EPC projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Hands-on experience in SPI and SP3D is preferred.
