Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for medical investigations and audits, aligning them with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Lead a team of professionals in conducting investigations and audits, providing timely feedback, mentorship, guidance, and direction.
- Stay abreast of changing regulatory landscapes, developing and revising protocols to ensure adherence across auditing operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions, policies, and training programs based on investigation and audit outcomes.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience in healthcare/insurance auditing, investigations, or a related field.
- Demonstrated team leadership experience with a strong track record of implementing successful strategies for auditing and/or investigations.
- Excellent analytical, execution, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- High level of communication and presentation abilities.
