Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Factory Manager to join our client's team in Dubai. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities
  1. Production Planning: Develop and implement effective production plans, taking into account resource allocation and inventory management.
  2. Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control systems to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards.
  3. Team Development: Lead and motivate production staff, providing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
  4. Maintenance and Improvement: Manage preventive maintenance of equipment and facilities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements

  1. A minimum of an HND or degree in a relevant field, such as food science or engineering.
  2. Minimum five years' experience in food production management, preferably in fresh food manufacturing.
  3. Strong knowledge of food safety, quality control, and health & safety regulations.
  4. Experience in lean manufacturing principles and ability to implement cost-saving initiatives.
  5. Proven leadership and team management skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
