Our Mission

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated PILAT3S Reformer Instructor to join our team. As a PILAT3S Reformer Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-energy and engaging workout classes that meet the needs of our diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Class Delivery
    • Deliver the pre-programmed PILAT3S routines with precision and enthusiasm.
    • Cue and correct technique to ensure a safe and effective workout experience for clients.
    • Create a motivating and supportive environment that encourages clients to push themselves to new heights.
  • Product Standards
    • Ensure that all classes are delivered in accordance with the PILAT3S methodology and technology.
    • Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain a high level of product knowledge and delivery.
  • Brand Ambassador
    • Represent the PILAT3S brand with confidence and enthusiasm, promoting the brand and building your own personal following.
    • Embody the PILAT3S values of precision, personalization, and progression in all aspects of your work.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who is passionate about fitness and customer service. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience delivering group fitness classes or a background in performing arts.
  • A strong passion for health and fitness, with a focus on boutique offerings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A professional appearance and demeanor, with a willingness to receive feedback and continuous learning.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
