- Service Transition: Ensure a smooth transition of services from project to business-as-usual, ensuring that the business is able to operate effectively.
- Education: Degree educated, with 8-10 years of postgraduate work experience in a business-facing IT/Digital role.
- Experience: Proven experience in implementing systems such as Transport Visibility, Carrier Management, Transport Management, and eCommerce fulfilment solutions.
- Skills: Deep understanding of how Regional and Global Logistics networks operate, both for B2B and D2C eCommerce, and how technology can support optimization and improvement.
- Knowledge: Awareness and understanding of Lean-Agile project management and solution development methodologies and frameworks, such as Dev Ops and SAFe.
- Regional Experience: Experience working in large regional/global organisations using in-sourced and out-sourced IT service providers.
