Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop finance dashboards to provide insights into key financial metrics.
  • Provide regular financial reports to management.
  • Assist in payroll processing and manage benefits administration for employees.
  • Complete Supplier Registration Forms and maintain up-to-date vendor records.
  • Generate and distribute financial reports as required by management.
  • Maintain and own responsibility of all financial data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • Professional accounting certification (e.g., CA, CPA, ACCA) preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian and international accounting standards and regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (ZohoBooks or QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
