The successful candidate will oversee a skilled team responsible for assembling and maintaining generator systems and related equipment. They will bring technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a passion for operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise the assembly team to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
  2. Provide technical guidance and support for engine and alternator coupling, canopy parts assembly, and reviewing and interpreting wiring diagrams to guide assembly and testing processes.
  3. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely availability of parts and resources.
  5. Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing training and mentoring as required.
  6. Maintain accurate records of assembly activities and provide regular progress reports.
Qualifications and Skills:
