**Key Responsibilities:**

• Operate, maintain, and repair smart store systems, including conveyors, LGVs, chargers, shuttles, satellite, and pneumatic systems, in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) manuals.
• Monitor the E80 system for minor and major faults, including sensor errors, floor-causing issues, loss of navigation, improper placement of loads, traffic, and connection loss.
• Perform mechanical-based preventive maintenance, such as lubrication and inspection.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor and major mechanical problems and electrical issues, and calibrate sensors as needed.
• Retrieve jammed pallets from racks.
• Update and track service inspections and checks, and support schedule changes to resolve conflicts between maintenance and daily operations.
