Job Description:We are seeking a skilled Vehicle and Recovery Instructor to join our team. As a key member of our training department, you will be responsible for delivering instructor-led training programs using the Systems Approach to Training (SAT). Your primary objective will be to ensure students achieve high graduation rates and test scores.
Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver training programs using SAT principles.
- Monitor student progress and performance.
- Create instructional materials, including lesson plans and presentations.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to ensure successful program delivery.
- Bachelor's degree minimum; Master's degree preferred.
- Military training experience in combat vehicles is highly valued.
- At least 2-3 years of experience as an instructor in logistics or general subjects.
- A minimum of two years of military experience is advantageous.
- Experience applying SAT principles.
- Ability to analyze situations and develop performance-oriented instruction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and CMMS systems.
