Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute recruitment strategies that identify, attract, and retain top UAE National talent.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to build a robust pipeline of Emirati talent.
- Design and manage Emirati skills development programs that enhance capabilities and prepare talent for long-term career advancement.
- Create and implement career progression frameworks, ensuring clear development pathways for Emirati employees.
You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive Emiratization goals and initiatives, ensuring alignment with UAE regulatory requirements.
