Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Development: Supervise the creation of a comprehensive tax withholding platform, collaborating closely with application developers.
  • Tax Reporting Oversight: Manage the implementation of tax reporting for U.S. payroll personnel.
  • Executive Tax Support: Provide assistance to the Executive Compensation team with inquiries regarding U.S. income tax and executive remuneration.
  • Review Tax Filings: Evaluate and authorize U.S. and global tax reporting submissions on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Regulatory Research: Conduct regular reviews of U.S. and international tax laws to facilitate necessary updates in our systems.
  • Calculation Assistance: Aid in the assessment of U.S. Federal Income Tax Withholding and related calculations for payroll employees.
  • New Hire Tax Balancing: Support the review of tax balancing for newly hired U.S. employees.
