**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree is required; STEM and Economics backgrounds are highly preferred.
  • Experience: 5-6 years of experience in tech startups or operational roles are highly preferred; last mile delivery industry experience is a plus.
  • Analytics Skills: Excellent analytics and data-driven problem-solving skills are required.
  • Reporting Tools: Experience with Tableau, Data Studio, or similar reporting and visualization tools is desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills are essential for driving complex ideas and processes to diverse people across markets and teams.
