We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Property/Leasing Administrator at Alfattan Properties.
About the RoleThis is a mid-senior level, full-time position that requires a strong background in real estate administration, CRM systems, and MS office applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing tenancy contracts, addendums, and agreements, as well as maintaining property files and databases.
The Property/Leasing Administrator will work closely with real estate agents and team members to provide administrative support for sales and lease transactions. This includes registering and renewing agreements with developers, preparing documents and contracts accurately and efficiently, and assisting with administrative tasks.
Main Responsibilities- Preparing tenancy contracts, addendums, memorandums of understanding, and no objection certificates.
