Key Responsibilities

  • Equipment Setup and Maintenance: Assist in setting up and preparing equipment for production runs, ensuring that all necessary tools and materials are available and in good working condition.
  • Quality Control: Perform quality checks on materials and finished products to ensure they meet specifications, identifying and reporting any defects or issues.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels of raw materials and supplies, ensuring that stock levels are adequate to meet production demands.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Clean and sterilize production equipment and work areas, maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Machinery Operation: Operate machinery and equipment according to established procedures, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency, sharing knowledge and expertise to achieve common goals.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Complete production reports and maintain accurate records of materials used, providing valuable insights for process improvement.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing or production is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions, excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment, good communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills and familiarity with production software.
