The ideal candidate will have experience working with pharmaceutical clients and demonstrate strong leadership and drive in thinking of innovative solutions to business/strategic problems.
The Role
- Lead and manage a diverse Health & Wellness team effectively.
- Create advertising and creative strategies for Health & Wellness and pharmaceutical clients.
- Think of new and innovative solutions to business challenges and promote the agency's services, especially Brand Stewardship.
- Experience working with pharmaceutical clients is required.
Responsibilities
- Provide clear direction for the team in support of health and wellness business objectives.
- Give effective feedback and coach individuals to develop their knowledge, skills, and behaviors in the health and wellness sector.
- Conduct regular performance and development reviews.
- Recognize and value work done well.
- Run a team, negotiating for resources and allocating tasks within and across departments, controlling timelines and budgets, anticipating issues, solving problems, and working toward solutions.
- Act as the client's day-to-day contact for all strategic and creative health and wellness-related matters.
