About the Role

**Job Summary**

Wood is seeking a skilled Plant Operator to join our team. As a Plant Operator, you will be responsible for the daily operation of the Amine Treating Plant, AGI, and low-pressure gas gathering system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate the Amine Treating Plant, AGI, and low-pressure gas gathering system in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Monitor and control the plant's critical parameters, including temperature, pressure, and flow rates.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and identify potential issues.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Management to optimize plant operations and ensure consistent run time and on-spec product.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with the team to implement changes.
  • Support the company's Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Management System by adhering to policies, goals, and programs.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in Amine Gas Plant operations, preferably in a similar role.
  • Ability to work a 7/7 rotation with overtime available.
  • Proven knowledge of Amine Sweetening, Inlet Liquid Recovery, and Stabilization, Dehydration.
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
