As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, managing working capital, and maintaining compliance with IFRS and local regulatory standards.
Main Responsibilities:- Financial Reporting & Compliance
- Oversee the preparation and submission of accurate and timely financial reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and local regulatory standards.
- Monitor and optimize working capital metrics, including days sales outstanding, days payable outstanding, and inventory days.
- Partner with sales and accounts receivable teams to improve cash collection discipline and reduce overdue payments.
- Develop and implement effective internal controls to ensure financial reporting integrity and compliance with IFRS and local regulatory standards.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to the business.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or economics, with a minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in FMCG finance, preferably in the beverage sector. Strong knowledge of Gulf markets, including Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, and other countries in the region, is essential.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or economics; MBA or CMA/CPA is a plus.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in FMCG finance, preferably in the beverage sector.
- Strong knowledge of Gulf markets, including Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, and other countries in the region.
- Proven track record of managing working capital, ensuring financial reporting integrity, and maintaining compliance with IFRS and local regulatory standards.
