Key Responsibilities:

  1. Production Operations
  • Operate and maintain Bunching 630 Lead Machine Mica Tapping and Pairing machines according to production schedules.
  • Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as needed to meet product specifications and quality requirements.
Quality Management
  • Verify product dimensions, insulation, and electrical properties to ensure compliance with MESC cable manufacturing standards.
  • Report defects or irregularities to the quality control team and assist in resolving issues.
Maintenance and Repair
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent downtime and ensure optimal machine performance.
  • Identify and report mechanical issues to the maintenance team for prompt repair.
Health and Safety
  • Adhere to workplace safety guidelines and MESC Cables health and safety policies.
  • Wear required PPE and follow operational safety procedures to prevent accidents.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • High school diploma or technical diploma in mechanical/electrical engineering preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in cable manufacturing or a similar production environment.
  • Proven track record of operating high-volume lead machines.
