Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand the Dynamics of Airflow: Our ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of how airflow affects the wind speed and will be able to communicate this effectively with our instructors.
  • Collaborate with Instructors: The successful candidate will work closely with our instructors to understand the time-splitting procedures and ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
  • Maintain a Safe and Clean Environment: Our Airflow Controller will be responsible for sanitizing tunnel suits and helmets, ensuring that our customers have a clean and safe environment to enjoy their experience.
  • Assist with Customer Gearing: This role will involve assisting customers in selecting the right size suit and helmet, ensuring that they have a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
  • Possibility of Teaching Introductory Classes: Our ideal candidate may have the opportunity to teach introductory classes to new customers, sharing their knowledge and expertise with others.
  • Understand the POS System: The successful candidate will have a basic understanding of our POS system and be able to use it effectively to manage sales and customer transactions.

  • Stay Up-to-Date with Promotions and Pricing: Our ideal candidate will be responsible for staying up-to-date with any promotions and pricing changes, ensuring that our customers are aware of the latest offers.
  • Manage Stock Levels: The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that we have enough stock of flight gear and PPE, including items such as earplugs and hairnets.
  • Follow SOPs and Risk Assessments: Our Airflow Controller will be responsible for following all standard operating procedures and risk assessments, ensuring that our customers have a safe and enjoyable experience.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: This role will involve answering any customer queries or questions, providing a high level of customer service and ensuring that our customers have an exceptional experience.
