About the Role

The Technical Project Lead HVAC Systems is a key position within our team, directly reporting to the Senior Regional Operations Manager. Based in Dubai, you will be responsible for driving business growth for HVAC Systems as part of a dynamic and growing team.

You will support the project management team in designing and executing projects, working within a fast-paced environment that provides opportunities to develop your technical and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

As an experienced Technical Project Lead, you should have expertise in project execution and complex knowledge of designing HVAC solutions involving Chillers, AHU, FCUs in the Middle East region. You will conduct site surveys for assigned territories and involve subcontractors for installation works.

You will prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned engineering projects, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications. You will interact daily with clients to interpret their needs and requirements, representing them in the field.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project engineering for HVAC systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, team management, and influencing skills.
  • Strong analytical, strategic conceptual thinking, and planning, project costing, and execution skills.
  • Able to determine cost estimate targets during design and development, recommending cost-effective solutions.
  • Proven ability to produce high-quality professional documents for clients and internal use.
  • Clear understanding of contractual documents/obligations and preparation of official communications with clients/vendors.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Fluency in English is essential, along with excellent mail etiquette.
  • Decision-making skills are required.
