- Resource Assessment: Conduct a thorough evaluation of the commissioning tasks and assess available resources along with potential constraints.
- Contractual Review: Examine contractual documents to identify project needs, limitations, and associated risks.
- Proposal Input: Provide essential information for commissioning proposals during the bidding phase.
- Construction Inspection: Ensure all construction tasks are finalized before commencing the system commissioning and establish safety protocols.
- Safety Compliance: Guarantee adherence to all safety measures and procedures throughout the commissioning process.
- Client Collaboration: Engage with clients to discuss and secure approval for pre-commissioning, commissioning, and operational procedures.
- Subcontractor Leadership: Direct subcontractors in the safe execution of pre-commissioning tasks in accordance with the project timeline.
