The Assistant Learning & Quality Manager at Holiday Inn is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that drive business outcomes and enhance guest satisfaction. You will work closely with the leadership team to identify training needs, create targeted programs, and measure their effectiveness. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the skills, knowledge, and attitude of every colleague, ensuring access to effective resources and a positive work environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough Training Needs Analysis for the Hotel and leveraging IHG training programs.
  • Designing and delivering interactive technical training sessions for various job bands.
  • Collaborating with departmental heads to establish clear goals, objectives, and KPIs for each training program.
  • Maintaining accurate records of training sessions, participant feedback, and assessment results.
  • Providing ongoing support to colleagues, addressing queries, and offering guidance on best practices.
  • Fostering a culture of continuous learning, encouraging colleagues to share knowledge and expertise.
  • Conducting quarterly reviews of training programs, identifying areas for improvement, and making recommendations for future enhancements.

About the Ideal Candidate

We seek an individual with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Learning & Quality, preferably within a mid-management capacity in an international hotel setting. You should possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and spoken English, and additional languages as an advantage. Your ability to work independently, think creatively, and demonstrate integrity is essential for success in this role.
