Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AVP to join our team at First Abu Dhabi Bank. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Business as Usual (BAU) activities and shaping the overall landscape to enhance efficiencies and enable value-added analytics for Personal Banking MIS Reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Operations Coordination: Coordinate and lead with Business Finance to understand their requirements and resolve their BAU issues.
  2. Project Support: Support projects and assist in MI Development Program.
  3. Process Improvement: Coordinate with internal stakeholders to develop process improvements during discovery sessions.
  4. Tool Implementation: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to introduce tools in alignment with the group strategy.
  5. Project Management: Ensure timeliness of project deliverables and requirements until the deployment stage.
  6. Function Readiness: Ensure function readiness for post-delivery.
  7. Progress Monitoring: Monitor progress and coordinate with stakeholders for conflict resolution that might affect/delay the delivery and function readiness.
  8. Process Analysis: Provide process analysis with change recommendations in alignment with Group initiatives.
  9. Variance Analysis: Conduct monthly, quarterly, and yearly variance analysis.
Requirements
  1. Sound Knowledge: Sound knowledge on retail and private banking products.
  2. Digital MI: Digital MI and digital banking products understanding.
Qualifications
  1. Job Knowledge: Job knowledge, skills & experience with 5 years of experience.
  2. Banking Systems: Strong background working with banking systems and data model.
  3. Data Visualization: Strong data visualization and dot connecting skills.
  4. Automation: Strongly focused towards introducing efficiencies through automation including fintech capabilities, SQL, AI, Python Scripting & ML.
  5. Power BI: Deep knowledge of Power BI functional knowledge and capabilities.
  6. MS Office: Strong MS Office (Especially PowerPoint & Excel skills).
  7. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  8. Emirati Nationality: Emirati with family book.
Academic/Professional Qualifications
  1. Professional Certification: CA / ACCA / CFA / any other equivalent professional certification or Master's in finance.
