The Job Description
We're looking for a seasoned Vendor Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for managing our 3PL partners, ensuring their performance meets our operational KPIs and service standards. Your expertise will be essential in resolving disputes or escalations with suppliers regarding rider availability, performance, and payments.

Your Responsibilities
* Identify and onboard 3PL partners to enhance our delivery network
* Monitor suppliers' performance, ensuring adherence to operational KPIs, compliance, and service standards
* Resolve disputes or escalations with suppliers regarding rider availability, performance, and payments
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational challenges
* Leverage data insights to drive decision-making and improve supplier and rider performance

Your Profile
* Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, or related field
* At least 35 years of experience in vendor management, logistics, or delivery operations, preferably in ecommerce, food delivery, or last-mile logistics
* Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze operational performance
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple stakeholders
