About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to play a key role in shaping our Board operations. As Governance Manager, you will oversee decision-making processes, facilitating effective interactions between the Board and Bank Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure strict compliance with the Bank's governance framework.
  • Develop and implement capacity-building programs for constituents.
  • Prepare agendas, minutes, and summary records for Board meetings and Committee sessions.
  • Cultivate relationships with senior stakeholders, promoting informed decision-making.
  • Advise on best practices in corporate governance and Board operations.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant working experience.
  • Advanced degree in relevant field, preferably in Political Science, International Relations, Law, Business, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, along with experience in managing diverse teams.
  • Excellent written and oral English language skills.
