About the Role:

Talent Pal is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Expert Product UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic and innovative Customer Experience (CX) team in UAE. As a key member of our creative and collaborative team, the ideal candidate will be open-minded, highly experienced, and proactive in engaging directly with frontline sales efforts. This role is pivotal in transforming opportunities into successful projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement CX strategies to increase efficiency and revenue
  • Deeply analyze customers and business problems to identify pain points
  • Rapidly create impactful and elegant solutions to problems
  • Oversee project management ensuring high-quality delivery within deadlines
  • Strategically think of the product from high level to connect the missing dots
  • Present your design work and articulate your design decisions
  • Update the acceptance criteria and define the logic to your work
  • Take full cycle ownership of your work from ideation, design review, and feedback in the final test, build, and after release
  • Partner with the owners to develop and implement a comprehensive design strategy for our clients, ensuring all designs align with brand goals and target markets
  • Work closely with highly talented User Researchers, Product Designers, Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Lead Developers
  • Work holistically across multiple platforms to solve problems
  • Manage design workflow ensuring projects are completed on time and budget
  • Oversee the use of design tools and manage digital asset libraries
  • Above all, be part of the journey to redefine a way of working for people all around the world

Requirements:

  • Masters or Bachelors degree in Design (UI/UX/Digital Design) or equivalent
  • At least 8 years of professional experience in B2B/SaaS and B2C in the digital industry
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Expert Product Designer
  • Proven experience in C-level stakeholder management and leading remote design teams
  • Have strong knowledge and practice in both UX and UI with deep understanding of methodologies including user research, prototyping, and usability testing
  • Proficiency in Figma, MIRO, Maze, Dovetail, and data analytic tools
  • Strong understanding and experience with design systems ensuring design consistency and scalability
  • Ability to transform wireframes into high-fidelity screens that convey the desired user experience
  • Experience working in cross-disciplinary teams including product managers, developers, and other designers
  • Strong market dynamics understanding and strategic positioning skills for company products and services
  • Deep knowledge of digital product design
  • Experienced workshop facilitator with excellent project management skills
