Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date physical and digital filing systems.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, scheduling reminders as needed.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data entry tasks.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies, ensuring optimal efficiency.
