We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Lead Software Developer to join our team at Larsen & Toubro.

About the Role:

As an Automation Lead Software Developer, you will be responsible for defining and implementing test automation strategies and solutions across project teams. You will have significant experience in test automation and development, with a strong background in Android mobile automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement test automation solutions, including roadmaps, tools, and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement continuous integration (CI) and continuous development (CD) pipelines.
  • Develop and maintain automation tools and solutions, with a strong focus on Linux, Python, Selenium, and Appium.
  • Identify and recommend relevant processes and tools to improve automation efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 12-15 years of experience in test automation and development.
  • Strong experience in Android mobile automation.
  • Experience in designing and architectural reviews of proposed automation solutions.
  • Experience in implementing and working in CI/CD pipelines.
  • Broad and deep technical experience with virtualization and cloud technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Experience in setting up environments with web servers, databases, and application servers.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with automation tools and solutions.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in In-Flight entertainment systems.
  • Experience with SAFe development methodology.
